I just got a Monotribe and love the way it sounds, but my question is why is it so quiet? On my mixer I have to bring the levels up to max just to hear it at a decent level, and there is no point in trying to record it right now because it is not loud enough to hear.
Does anyone else have volume problems? My only guess is because I am currently powering it through AA batteries, not an AC adapter. Could that be the source of the problem?
edit -
I just thought to run the Monotribe through my mixer, then through my audio interface then into a computer. This solves the low output while recording issue I had. |

It all depends on how you have things set, unless this occurs independent of settings. In that case, you may just want to use an amplifier with it, as it does not really have a built-in amplifier. The power supply really has no effect. _________________ Cheers! Yoa
