|
|
Hello all, first time poster, long time-reader----hooahh!!
Anyway, I am a proud new owner of a 61-key Kronos (King Kronos), and have only begun to tickle its seemingly-unending fancies.
While I have not read the entire manual, I have searched through it but have been unable to find exactly what I am looking for:
How do I find the screen in Sequencer mode which would allow me to adjust the Release and Decay settings for the individual Timbres in the song? So far I have been frustratingly unable to find this seemingly obvious function, so I would GREATLY appreciate anyone's help here.
Again, sorry for such a basic question, but I'm hoping to gain from the knowledge of this community.
THanks again,
~Goose. |

The feature you are looking for is called Tone Adjust.
It allows you to pick a selection of parameters from a program and override them in sequencer and combi mode. It also ties in nicely with the control surface. _________________ Current Gear: Kronos 61, RADIAS-R, Volca Bass, ESX-1, microKorg, MS2000B, R3, Kaossilator Pro +, MiniKP, AX3000B, nanoKontrol, nanoPad MK II,

In Tone Adjust, all of the windows have drop down selections.
Here you will find Release and Decay etc. Select what you want and go at it..
Your choices will be tied to the Control pannel knobs/sliders. _________________ Lou

That's it exactly! Wondered where that useful screen was hiding, many thanks to both you kind people!
As a follow up, would any of you know the best way to be able to switch MIDI tracks on the fly as I have a song playing in Sequencer mode? It seems rather difficult to change Timbres quickly/easily from one track to the next in a live performance kind of setting.
Any ideas/helps?
Thank you all again,
~Goose. |

Control Surface, select Midi 1-8 on the Left, on the Rt side of interface select Link KBD/to Control Surface.
With the Control Surface on Timbre Track, the lower set of switches will change track timbres. Here you can select 1-8 or 8-16. _________________ Lou |
