yes or no question, If I make a song on Kronos, is there an option to bounce the tracks in a song down to individual stereo wav tracks?

no, not automatically in a single step.

thanks for the quick reply one more question. Is there a way to configure a "note repeat" button? when I do hi-hats in 16th or 32nd notes I like to have the ability for a note repeat.
