|
|
Hola, mates.
Things are looking up with the editor (got it working okay) and OS 1.6.
Everything seems to be in sync, as I choose a different tab (Combi, Program or Song) -
the Kronos respond and change to that screen as well.
Okay, now for the big question and the (1) option I need to most.
I see how we can mute a track and turn down the volume etc. while playing a song.
But, what key do I need to press on my computer keyboard to start (play) and stop the songs
Also need the key on the keyboard for starting (record) and stop recording a song
This will work great because you will be able to select WHICH track to record or mute in real time.
This truly is the magical question and since everything is in sync even while playing a song -
I must be just getting old and not finding it within the editor itself.
Rich or Dan, can you please assist please.
Thanks in advance for your time and support! |

There are two keys on the Kronos for that exact purpose. |

I'm assuming the kronos and the computer keyboard arn't arm friendly together in your set-ups? Mine too, although if I twist right around and stretch I can do it. Downloading the software now, so I guess that one of us will figure it out soon! |

If you are using the plugin editor, you should set clock to External and use the start/stop of your DAW.
I assume this is about the standalone editor though? _________________ Current Gear: Kronos 61, RADIAS-R, Volca Bass, ESX-1, microKorg, MS2000B, R3, Kaossilator Pro +, MiniKP, AX3000B, nanoKontrol, nanoPad MK II,

Yes, this is for the standalone editor.
Sorry about that, I don't have a DAW although I'm curious now...

Can you also use the record button as well in your DAW with the Kronos plugin editor attached (installed and working)

Yep, you are correct (not close to the Kronos).
I appreciate your time and support as well as the team if we can figure this out if it's possible or not with the standalone editor
Thanks again everyone! |
