Hi Folks,

so, here come´s the workaround for Windows 64 Bit Steinberg hosts...

Since the Korg USB-Midi Driver is only capable to run one USB midi connection at the same time in the 64 Bit Host - whether Editor OR Midi signals from tracks, it is nescessary to deactivate the USB Korg Driver from the Host Midi menu (Devices -> Device Setup -> Midi Port Setup -> Untick Kronos 1 Keyboard and Kronos 1 Sound in the "Visible"-column), so that it is exclusively available for the VST-Editor Plugin...
Now you can load the VST-Editor-Plugin via VST Bridge into the 64 Bit Host as a VST-Instrument and it will find the Kronos through its USB Midi Connection...
To get your Midi tracks now played back by the Kronos (or to record these), you need a second midi connection via DIN 5 Cables with a separate interface.
Having two Midi connections available, by the USB Connection you control what Kronos does and make the settings on the VST-Editor-Plugin and with the second you transfer what it needs to play / your DAW has to record. Working fine.

Hope this helps !

Cheers
Garfield
