I can't seem to record more than one instance of karma when I'm sequencing. How would i be able to record the output of karma so I can record it on multiple midi tracks?

I cannot try it out myself currently, but for each KARMA module you can specify a MIDI output channel (Parameter Guide page 596f 7-1c: MID I/O). In order to record up to four tracks at a time, you have to enable Multi REC (Parameter Guide page 515f).
