Can not register Legacy M1
Something strange here!
I can not register Legacy M1, I copy and paste the product code from my e-mail but a message is coming up on screen telling methat it is wrong product code.
Same problems when I copy and pasted from the ordering page after I have paid.
Any suggestions?
Win7 64bit, Firefox

So..I have copy/pasted the product code and using the same PC as I did when I purchased and my PC is synced with atomic clock..so what is wrong when a message telling me that I have the wrong product code ?
Getting frustrated here , not funny to throw away 39 EUR on something that is not working
Any suggestion?

One confusing thing is that when I register this product it asks for where I have bought this, from which country. As I understand there is only ONE place where You can dowload this product and that is from korguser.net.
It seems that this shopping system does not understand that this is a downloadable product.

If ANYONE is having trouble installing the software, you should contact your Korg Country Distributor, the same as you would for Korg hardware.
Each Korg Country Distributor is responsible for supporting all Korg products (both software and hardware) sold in their country. If your Country Korg Distributor can't figure out the problem, they can contact Korg Japan.

** KORG Product Support Contacts **
(they support BOTH hardware and software)
Korg USA Product support -- https://www.korgusa.com/contactus (For fastest service I would suggest calling them on the phone)
Outside the U.S. contact your Korg Country Distributor -- https://www.korg.com/us/corporate/distributors/

OK!..soooo..I have contacted my Korg distributor in my country and they clearly told me that I have to contact the sender of the product code , that's korguser.net. To make the problem worse in that mail it says "do not reply to this mail" if I need help I have to contact the Kordistributor in my country.
This s**t is amazing...I DOWNLOADED it from korguser.net what can they do in my country about that. I live in FINLAND.
I am really frustrated how this thing is so complicated, I have bought software for many years, but this is the worst ever.
I NEVER EVER GONNA BUY ANY SOFTWARE FROM KORG ANYMORE..NEVER. Thats it. Very anonymous sellers. Is everything faked or what?

Yes, I've contact them in December, 3.MartinHines wrote:If ANYONE is having trouble installing the software, you should contact your Korg Country Distributor, the same as you would for Korg hardware.

Get a first answer in December, 9.
Reply the same day.
Never eard them again...
I don't now for others.
But Portugal support is non existant.
I'm completely frustrated.
I'm the legal owner of a licence to use a software.
But the piracy protection scheme for the software prevents me from using it.
It's insane.
Please get back the hardware keys !!!
I never had a problem with Protools, Cubase or (now) with Reason...
This kind of software protection schemes, alied with poor support are the fomenting piracy, not fighting it.
I am a very frustrated Korg user...

Hmmm..read this "Please understand that product support will not be provided if your registration cannot be verified. " how clever.
No registration no help, very clever idea.
The problem is that I can't register, maybe the code generator had some problem , maybe the server was faulty using wrong codes for wrong e-mails, who cares , no body cares, thank's for that. 39 EUR for nothing.

I would call Korg Finland and DEMAND they help you. That is what they are there for. They MUST have contact information for KorgUser.net.Guuran wrote: OK!..soooo..I have contacted my Korg distributor in my country and they clearly told me that I have to contact the sender of the product code , that's korguser.net. I would suggest calling them on the phone. Verify that they are supposed to provide service for all Korg products in your country. They have to have Korg User net contacts.luispedromota wrote:Yes, I've contact them in December, 3.MartinHines wrote:If ANYONE is having trouble installing the software, you should contact your Korg Country Distributor, the same as you would for Korg hardware.

I'm having the exact same issue (I'm in UK). Bought the software in March just got around to look at it properly today and to register, got the same invalid code error.
I have 7 days left before the software trail part expires. Looks like I'll be unpacking the real M1 again!
PC it's installed on is not connected to the Internet and never been installed or licensed on any other PC.
I was able to register the software at Korg Users Net and shows on my profile with them as being registered.
I've just emailed Kork UK (support@korg.co.uk).
I will let you know how I get on.
I do have to say, the whole process of buying, downloading and registering is a bit of a joke. Have Korg handed this software off to an enthusiasts site, why no direct contact with Korg Users Net?
The license code should of been supplied at the time of purchase, in the same confirmation email and it should of had the option to automatically register at the same time. I don't expect this from a company like Korg!
