If I only want to play "Sounds" and would like to layer a piano with strings or bells, etc. How can I do that?

I really like and appreciate the Owners Manual since it's so simple, but I think Korg has left some things out that are important or have not made it easy to find.

I so far think that going from a Yamaha to a Korg is like going from a PC to a Mac.
