My Kronos is randomly dropping notes. It sounds like a stacatto note even when I hold the key down. I have to fix these errors in Cubase MIDI editor. It's time consuming and very inconvenient. Any feedback would be appreciated.

It's a known problem with some of the RH3 keybeds. You can take it to an authorized service center to get it fixed under warantee. They will replace the faulty contacts with new ones. You can find more info on that problem in the following forum thread:
