...dont know where to start but i had the chance to Test it cuz a friend of
mine was complaining, he bought the Set, paid for it and he Kronos freaked
out after he loaded...which was true...i have no clue what he paid for but if
people are paying for this set then i have no other words except this:
i recorded EACH Combi from that set, it is high qualirt recording, judge for
your set...i dont know who Endorphin is or if they are here on the forum
but this is funny, bad and sad:
And if they read this post please no comments like:
''you don't know how to use the Kronos anbd Karma'' becuse trust me
i DO KNOW how to use them BOTH and i know when something is wrong
with a Set. All he had in the Set was Combi PCG and GE which i assume
there were no user Programs in this Set.

Nadim,s posts are always a little ambiguous due to his poor command of English. The word CRAP was used to discribe tha Endorphin combo set. This is very unfair, I bought this package a while ago and use it daily, it is excellent and would recommend it. I do not post much here just visit maybe twice a week but when I see an injustice I have to speak out. The Endorphin combis represent the best value of all the sound sets I have bought and that includes from Korg and Kara.
Thanks Ants |

I don't have the soundset but it sounds like the programs the Combis should be triggering may be a different position and so foreign programs are being triggered by a Combi.
If you make a Combi of 8 programs, and love it's sound but then somewhat you change one (or all) of the programs the Combi triggers, the whole Combi will sound different.
By the sound of things, something with the percussive program seems messed up, to name one.
Kind Regards,
AMR

I dont know, all i know is that it Sounds like this on 2 different Kronoses.
There is no User Program PCG to say that its missing some Programs,
unless was not sent by Mistake but i am not new to this, i know exactly
that the Mistake is not on my end. _________________ http://www.basaristudios.com

Nedim,
In all due fairness to SOS I'm sure if these combis were working correctly would not sound this way. To me (just guessing) it sounds like Kronos is not loading the Karma modules correctly? Perhaps they were programed on an earlier OS and then somehow transferred with 1.6 or something to that regard.
Just curious, what OS are you using to do the demo? _________________ Lou |

my guess is that you got the Combi file from your friend, but he forgot to give you the User GE file that belongs to this set (or you didn't load the GE's). Then this behaviour happens, which makes totally sense.
Now why didn't you contact the original sounddesigner with your problems? I find this thread kind of harsh and you wouldn't be happy either if people started to create posts like this about your soundsets when they probably made the mistake theirselfs.
As far as i know from other forums Sound of Planet gives great support to his customers. To be honest, i didn't expect a post from you like this. |

BasariStudios- well, you have not purchased the „NEO- ENDOPRHIN” from me, therefore you are not really subject party for me – so I will not refer to your comments. I suspect though that in this moment we are talking about not honest elimination of competition. Your friend had no right to pass on the files to the third persons in the first place.
Now, to clear all the doubts as for correct operation of “NEO- ENDOPRHIN” please read it carefully. This package consists of 3 files ( PCG and KGE) and instruction ( where I described step by step how to install the whole pack). Well, I can understand some users, who in rush do no really read that installation instruction of my soundset to the end. I have already experienced such case – see Robbie 50 – after getting feedback from him that my soundset pack did not work properly,
http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=71138&start=15
I have personally instructed him, step by step, taking time, through each and every step of installation – if effect he can enjoy the soundset until today and really likes it. One more important note – my soundset pack – similarly all others soundset packs from Korg or Karma Lab – are based on factory settings of internal programs. Overwriting of these programs will give undesirable effect. Therefore what I recommend is to make a copy of any own settings – and before installation of my soundset pack to restore the factory sounds, so the programs can return to their original positions by performing the operation PRELOAD.PCG .
If anyone else has any problem with incorrect functioning of “NEO- ENDOPRHIN”, the simplest way is to contact me directly via email. From my side I will do my best so my soundet pack would work correctly on each Kronos machine.
Thank you to all you people, who supported me in this situation, and who took my side – in my opinion BasariStudios wanted to manipulated and mislead some people here but as you can clearly see – it is not as easy to do that way.

Hello
That is funny that people who did not even buy that package, (which I have and IMHY is great, especially when you take value/contents aspect) have the most to say about it and have the biggest complaints.
From my experience I can tell that I had never had any problems with proper operation of Neoendorphine pack, and when I had any doubts or question regarding some details of soundset - I contacted the Soundof Planet by mail and got his assistance and support.
So I dont know what is the problem with BasariStudios - my advice is to really think over the comments one wants to publish here.
Greetings
Mike |

I guess many in this forum weren't aware of the positive quality of these sounds before your post, BasariStudio.
So in fact you accomplished some first class advertising for "SoundsOfPlanet" with your post. Just placed my order for a copy.
At 19 Euro, that's also very good value.
