I just got a microkorg and am learning all the ins and outs of this machines utility. I have a question about copying timbres that I don't quite grasp from what I've read in the manual or online. What exactly is and isn't copied when copying a timbre?

Also, I havent been working on this myself but I came across an unanswered question on another forum. Say you have developed a sound and it is only a single timbre, is there a way to duplicate it into the second timbre so you can slightly modify it to make the overall sound fuller and more dynamic?
