I was wondering if there is a newer better alternative to Alesis iPad dock? Was anything like that introduced at NAMM 2012?

Ah! That's definitely a nice one! I don't think there's a suggested retail price for this yet, is there?

So this is pretty much it I think. I didnt' hear anything about the Alesis second generation iPad dock or anything like that.

or a cheap (30$) way to connect the ipad with a better sound then the usual mini-jack connection, but you need the optional camera dock connector (30$)

Still no news re XENYX iX1642USB or any other iX mixers. The Behringer site does not even list them as products to be released in 2012.

Most frustrating.

Nor did I see their iPad dock (similar to the Alesis version).
