What basic respect, I spent 2500 on this thing, it should work better than it does.

That's your problem. If you spend money on things you don't like, don't blame anyone but yourself. Nobody forced you to buy it, so take it or leave it. End of story.

Quote:
RESPECT WHO? You? I don't even know you.

You will definitely make a lot of friends this way, dude.

Quote:

When did i disrespect any of you? I did slam the kronos designers a little, but not any of you personally, you act like I slapped your sister or something when all I did was moan about the touch screen and some other things. You people.....

Poor little angry boy... Hey, I'll tell you what: Guys like you are always the same, and there are unfortunately lots of people like you around in the forums. Sitting at home, thinking they are talking to a chat bot or marking the big boss - you would definitely calm your voice if we were sitting together in real life in the same room.

If not - somebody would make you.

Quote:
Is this how you rationalize your attacks on me? Hey, oh no, this guy is talking crap about this very expensive keyboard I bought. He is making my feelings hurt about my big purchase. To hell with him, I'm going to call him names or attack him personally because I cannot be made to feel bad about my expensive synth purchase.

There are many people around criticising everything - and that's perfectly Ok, as long as it's constructive, or at least factual. It's only that sort of troll ranting around and blaming people for their own incapacity.

We can't stop you from shouting along here, but don't expect us to like it.

I do like the kronos, you obviously do not know how to read. I just have some issues with it.

I do not worship it like you obviously do.

Friends? Online? Really?

LOL.

I did lay out the facts.

I am not attacking any of you. Jeez. Stay on topic, you guys derailed this not me, you started attacking me.

Worship? No. But you tell me I wouldn't read carefully enough... Shocked

Believe it or not, I've already made up some friendships online (from forums like these) and these people I meet offline regulary. You would be definitely NOT a candidate.

I was not talking about becoming friends. It's a basic thing to behave online like you would in real life.

But this is something you don't know much about. Talking to you about respect is like chatting with the pope about how the seduce women. You don't even see why your posts are offending to people.
So, it's absolutely pointless to continue this discussion - you either can not understand ist, or you just don't want to.

Full Stop. Bye.

I am a bit direct and crude. I know this. Still, I am a person and I was not aiming at any of you personally. Just griping.

You are taking this way to seriously. Talking about friends. I too have made acquaintances online. Hardly never from a forum though. This is where people come to bitch, or praise or show off or brag.

I think you misunderstood people's feeling, dude. We don't worship the Kronos. We just don't give a damn what you like or don't like about it. STR-1 is meh, ok, just submit a mathematical formula to the STR-1 physical model that could improve it and people will be more than happy to listen to you. Coming to a user forum to critisize(not sure i'm writing it right?) about everything you don't like is just not the right place. What does it give you? You really should sell the thing if 70% of it is not good enough to you, plain and simple. Nobody will loose sleep here because you sell it and buy something else.

But you're getting attention. It might be what you're looking for...

More than anything I hope korg get's the message, because in the future on their next synth I want to see what I hate about this synth fixed on the next one.

Seriously, a synth with a ipad interface and the kronos horse power x 2 with better engines and 64 bit os would be killer.

I hope I don't sound like this! I can get irritated and frustrated at time, but only at my own ignorance and out of love for this unit, that doesn't always return the love to me the way I wish it did.

lol

Very Happy

Alright dude, we're cool but SERIOUSLY, please get off the "iPad" thing!
I know this statement won't make me popular, but as a computer professional it's my distinct belief that iPads, iPhone, iAnything are for freaking MORONS who can't manage technology. I don't want anything I would purchase dumbed down to the "iWhatever" level. Really, Please, Just stop.

Actually, this is where people come to learn, and maybe teach.

How do I block this person's posts from ever coming up??

OK, that's a nice restart. What would be a better interface like?

Pick a task, and show how it's done on KRONOS and then tell us how the same task is done better on an other workstation or computer or iPad?

Now that's a constructive comment. Morons huh? And all this time i thought technology was supposed to save us time, increase our productivity, and increase our enjoyment of whatever we employ the technology on. On a more serious note, I was in the ER at the Juneau Hospital the other night. The nurses and doctors were using iPads to interface with their main computer. Imagine that!
