Hi!

A few months ago I found an awesome sounding CP-80 sample bank here:
http://thekronosblog.blogspot.be/2012/02/greetings-ive-seen-few-requests-for.html

With Kronos OS 2.0 I converted it into a userbank and re-published it on my site:
http://www.webberig.be/kronos/CP-80.zip

Disk size: 44 Mb
RAM size: 7 Mb

Hope you like it!

7 MB sound great ... I have about 85 MB left so I can fill it with useful samples.

Thanks!

I'm no CP series connoisseur, but it's hands down the best (free) CP series sound I've ever used. I made a patch, threw some chorus, tube preamp, and a switched tremolo for good measure and ended up going right into playing "Groovy kind of love". I'm not nuts about the song, but couldn't help myself! Just sounds right. I need to compare this to the Karo. To my memory it sounds just about as good!

It definately is a sound that's been missing in the preloaded E. Piano section of the Kronos.

I replaced a few of the EP sounds in my set list with this program.

btw, I've made a few modifications to the first program:
- Added a panning AMS to get a stereo feeling
- SW1 will enabled/disable a chorus
- SW2 will enabled/disable a phaser

yes, but i notice that even when the sw 1 / 2 is switched off, the chorus and phaser will still apply ??

BTW, this is the BEST SOUNDING CP80 program i've ever had, on kronos and psr s910 Very Happy ... kronos stock is veery thin with no "right" feel when you play it.. this one is rich!! when i hold the sustain it's like i'm playing the real thing.. thanks again Very Happy

Program 000 Daydream dont' work,

osc 1 ms1 is off

osc2 ms1 is in multi but it read 01326 (name not available)sample

what I do wrong ? this is a very difficult way to operate for me...very very difficult...now I'm loosing in the manual pages...and this is the very first time for me! I have had very complex synth, but I' think there is a kind of confusion in the sample and program management section of the Kronos...let me say this....

do you mean program "daydream" didn't work or this program (cp-80) doesn't work??

same here-the patch/prgm doesn't work, the 2 others do.

when you load the PCG file for it (cp-80) make sure you mark the box "load the .ksc too"...

not sure on the daydream program..

? "Program 000 Daydream dont' work" I think there is no doubt, program Daydream don't play sound, I don't know other ways to write it !
