It's probably a stretch, but can my Kronos 2 approximate this D50 patch in this song's intro?

Thanks Mark

Sure. I have created quite a few Kronos programs from scratch to get exactly the same sounds I needed from other synths from the 70s, 80s, etc. An even easier way for you would be to test available programs from certain categories, in this case check all the ones found in the Airy, Slow synth groups, etc. Find the closest sounding one you can, then modify it to your taste and save it under a new name, etc.

The most close character is a Fresh Air program in Fast Synth category. It is fast attack so need to edit the AMP Eg Attack Start, Level Modulation Velocity Start to 00 and is very close. Also chorus adjustment and maybe add phaser.

Sounds exactly like patch 21 on the D50 called Digital Native.

PS... Your Yahoo DNS is bouncing my emails.

Kind regards
Sharp.

I seem to remember that someone uploaded a big group of the D50 transient attacks. I made some wavesequences with them. I will try to track them down, I'm sure they'd help in future D50 emulations...
