When I try 'Install Korg USB MIDI Device' I get a dialog box saying 'No device plugged in' and can't seem to get past this. I've had the Microsampler crash a time or two losing all the samples so wanted to back it up on my laptop _________________ Bob |

forgive me if you've already done this, but close all programs that use midi (including apple's Audio MIDI Setup if you're on a mac).
otherwise, the editor/librarian can't communicate with the microsampler.
hope this helps. |

If you have not already tried these:
1. Use another USB lead that you know works.
2. Try on a different computer.
If you try these and still no luck, the problem may be with the MS. _________________ microSampler Rocks! |

tried another Microsampler and that worked so looks like a fault with the USB connection on mine? _________________ Bob |
