|
|
hello folks,
i am gonna just by my first workstation. i really love all korg models, but have limited budget. that's why i want to get the KORG PA600.
because of mainly working at home recording studio, for me is most important the device having DAW connectivity with Cubase and Pro Tools. Here the price of PA600 and YAMAHA MOX6 is the same (PSR S710 a little bit more), but the yamaha comes with CuBase 5 and vocoder.
Ok, the vocoder is not a big deal, cubase as well.
I really want to get the PA600 (because of the display, more conviniet work with it, may be better sound), but is it possible to connect with Cubase / Pro tools and record with it?
thanks |

Yes but you need a usb audio interface. Behringer has a cheap one the U control. _________________ Korg Havian 30 |

i've got one M-Audio Profire 2626, with midi connectivity. you mean, that it is possible to do that like in the video, with the KORG, connected with the profire audio device via MIDI ?
as far as I unterstood, to do a record of the original sounds of KORG PA600, a have to connect the audio outputs to audio inputs of the sound device (ProFire) and than I can record in audio tracks in DAW the sound banks of KORG. Am I right? ) |
