|
|
Hello,
I just bought a 2nd hand korg zero 8 mixer.
(I have to tell you that I experience the touch pad issue, X axis is not always working...I am going to change it and add a fan in it...)
BUT
My question today is about the external midi clock sync.
in the Zero8 settings menu I set up the tempo to the external midi source.
I want to sync it to traktor Pro 2.6
I ticked the "Send midi clock" in traktor prefs
I clicked the "play/pause" button in the masterclock top left pannel.
And from what I see and can here (I tested with a tempo delay) My Korg Zero 8 is not properly receiving the midi clock message from Traktor.
Well, I did that, using the appropriate KORG ZERO8 MIDI OUTPUT 2 : http://www.native-instruments.com/knowledge/questions/817/How+to+send+a+MIDI+clock+sync+signal+from+TRAKTOR%3F
Do I have to create a new "midi device" in the traktor "controller manager" to send the midi clock signal ?
And if yes, What's the appropriate channel, midi CC/note to send it to the zero 8?
thanks a lot for your precious answer.

ok I found the solution:
system > midi clock > firewire clock |
