Just a thought....
If you have the memory expansion, EXB ROM, or MP3 boards installed, remove them and try again.

Hi,
i had a discussion with a very professional Korg User in Germany.
He doesn´t think that the internal SSD has a problem.

He advise you to download OS and Ressources again - maybe the files are damaged.

Here are the download links for you:

OS
http://www.korgpa.com/pa_root/software/history/os/pa1x/Pa1X_os_v301_PC.zip

Resources
http://www.korgpa.com/pa_root/software/history/preload/pa1x/Pa1X_res_v300_hd.zip

Good luck and keep us informed.

My friend, I have tried it at least 30 times! With new diskettes, and with two different hard disks! And nothing. I have loaded OS 2.5, so now he had loaded some sounds but not the styles, and he stopped on 20 percent, not on 14, as with this newest OS.
It has some different problem!
And I cannot load any other set with samples etc....

Hi guys

I really need your help. By mistake, I have loaded the Korg pa3x set on korg pa1x and unfortunately damaged all the samples and style on keyboard. I have tried to load the OS and resources files which have been downloaded from the korgpa website but after all files restored and keyboard comes back to manufacture setting, then I didn't have any sound on the keyboard.basically speakers is not working.

Please please please help if you have solution.

Many thanks

Did you perform a full reset using the reset files?
If you just reloaded the os and resources then that is not a full reset.
The reset should fix the problem.

Cheers
