i have made an Electribe first generation expansion hardware module and a quick guide on the available patch points, the video shows a 25x serial cable plugged in so only 25 of the patches are available out of the 100+ this is due to the small amount of space in the electribe itself, a bigger module is easily built by creating a new case for the electribe.
i added extra octaves and envelope followers to my expansion box, please experiment the possibilities are huge.

new giant modular is in the works based on this, it combines both gen1 electribes into 1 modular unit with all available patches + analog filters etc.
