Hi all.
Out of the following…Which is the most beautiful of all.
Is it the brushed aluminium finish of the Trinity, the painted surface of the Triton Classic, the golden look of the Studio, the killer blues of the extreme…. Or do you prefer the old days. Black ?.
Regards.

btw that motherfucker of xv-88 Roland keyboard that I payed top dollars for when it was brandnew.... NOT long ago... never left my rack, never was moved, only dusted every 2-3 days.... Talking about bullshit-finishing....the color started to through mini bubbles, no I dont place it under the grill or in the sun, and the s**t-brown color peels of all over.... This pisses me off BIG times..... I think I will spray it with the stuff they use on cars.... I don't need no stinkin labels telling me that this slider is for attack and this is volume..... Probably looks weired afterwards, I think I try to match the Karma color.....
Any ideas on what brand of color to use?
Sorry for bitchin, but stuff like this pushes my buttons, and I dont think Roland cares at all, but for what it's worth, I give them a call.... |

eveyone does silver or some wierd shade of it, so the color is too
' cliched ' , overused IMO.
The ES Motif is the most clunky , ' utilitarian ' looking silver keyboard. Oh heck. it is butt ugly, LOL
If I had $50,000 to burn, I would have my keyboards ' recased ' in clear lucite so you can see the insides . To show off the technology. _________________ Kronos 88. MODX8

Keyboards should be available with different colors and materials....like guitars. Maybe a rosewood Triton? _________________ M3, Triton Classic, Radias, Motif XS, Alesis Ion |

Bear, The XV-88 I sold about 1.5 years ago was doing the same exact thing!

Have to say the Triton Studio finish IMO is most beautiful, heck the Triton Studio has to be one of the most beautiful ever, they spared no expense you can tell. Fully decked out front and back looks like a mothership.
That being said, I would love it if Korg would go back to black again, really I think the 01/W is a real beauty. Those pics of the black Trinity are pretty flippin' mean lookin' |

Brushed aluminium is very nice (especially with wood ) but I prefer black.
I think Black is neutral and is beautiful with everything

I would like a glow in the dark colour. That way I don't have to #$$*%! into the Keyboards when the light bulb blows. _________________ Korg Le He he he...... |
