...does the PA900 have anything like 'multipads' (short sound loops) that are n the Yamaha range kf keyboards...?
...enables real time fills whenever needed to add to realism effect... |

And they can follow chords too, if programed that way - same as your 3000.

Hi there,
Like yourself, am moving from Yamaha to Korg PA900 anytime now. Working my way through the manual, but slowly. (The link for the Korg PA900 manuals plus some helpful videos are at the top of this Forum page.

The Yamaha multi-pads are just called 'Pads' in Korg parlance, and I think also that Yamaha keyboard Registrations are called "Performances" on Korg.
For the benefit of anyone coming to Korg from a Yamaha, be nice if someone more experienced could add to this list of equivalents.
Happy regards |

...from YouTube video demos the Yamaha PSR s950 can even play mp3 actual sounds as 'multipads'...not sure if Korg can do this.... |

The PA-900 can play .wav files (but not MP3) as multipads: the details are explained at pag. 236 of the user manual. _________________ Korg PA3X Pro 76 and Kronos 61, Roland G-70, Integra 7 and BK7-m, Casio PX-5S, Fender Stratocaster with Fralin pickups, Fender Stratocaster with Kinman pickups, vintage Gibson SG standard |
