Pa600 only have time for portamento?
Is there any option to change the rate of portamento as in m50 or Krome? |

Go to Sound Edit mode and select the sound you want to change the portamento speed. Press the Menu button and select PITCH then select the PITCH MOD tab. Below the PORTAMENTO enable check box you will find the TIME parameter.
Edit: Changed SPEED to TIME - Typo _________________ ”It’s easy to play any musical instrument: all you have to do is touch the right key at the right time and the instrument will play itself.”

thanks for reply
What I am asking is since there is no rate of portamento parameter (not speed or time) is there any other way to obtain that parameter
There are two parameters in krome for portamento below is a copy from manual
(Mode [Rate, Time]
Rate means that Portamento will always take the same
amount of time to glide a given distance in pitch ‐ for
instance, one second per octave. Put another way, gliding
several octaves will take much longer than gliding a half‐
step.
Time means that Portamento will always take the same
amount of time to glide from one note to another, regardless
of the difference in pitch. This is especially useful when
playing chords, since it ensures that each note in the chord
will end its glide at the same time.)
Sorry If my question was not clear. |

After a thorough read of the PA600 manual I would say no, there is no support for the additional portamento controls commonly found on workstations. _________________ ”It’s easy to play any musical instrument: all you have to do is touch the right key at the right time and the instrument will play itself.”
