when pushing the start button only the korg word appear and no loading nothing is happens just black screen please help me for solve this problem it is new device .

is happen to me too. 
I did exactly how instruction said, using right set (Pa600_Operating_System_v120.pkg).
20 minutes before when I turn on everything was OK.
Then I did turn of, hold Intro 1, turn on, calibrate screen, follow instruction on screen, when ask to turn off and back on, I did turn off, turn back on and all is gone .... only Korg logo and nothing works.
I did try again factory reset, but intro 1 method is not working, whatever I do is same: dark screen with logo.
I did restore before many times, never ever has any problem, now I wonder is maybe issue with this update.
I will call them, but from my experience they going to blame entire world before they admit is something with their product.
I'll let you know what's gonna be, maybe they know some trick to quick fix.

hello sir :
what happend is when i turn off the korg pa600 qt and after 3 hours i turn it on again secounds i found a error message wirte with green coloured and stop loading i cant remmber the message exactly , i turned it off and i try to open it again nothing is happend korg logo with black screen , then next i try to set up anew factory set as an update may it solve and when i set the usb back and press intro 1 as instruction i got set up and the screen still black no calibrate is shown . |

thanks for knowing me, hope u got a solution for urs too . but this is my new 1 korg and that is my 7 uses time i dont think i will like korg devices any more if that there way for operating with customer . |

Hi friends:
It seems that new OS is not as stable as it must be.-
As i was too busy in my job, so i could not upgrade new OS although i download it.- Perhaps Korg developers must give some explications about users problem.-
Really this will be the first time this happen; i've been using Korg products for long time and never experiment troubles with it's OS (specially M3).-
Hope Korg put hands on it a solve soon.-

I did contact already Korg Usa customer service and waiting to response from technicians.
Hope they got magic solution for this.

I have response from Korg support team.
My Korg have to go to service to reset.
Problem I having is not field-serviceable.
They offer cover shipping cost.
They not provide any more details why and what cost this issue.

Ups. Although Korg gives you a solution, what is important is: what cause such malfunction.- Meanwhile there is not more information i'll wait to upgrade new OS 1.20.-
I hope they will send your keyboard soon.-

I think they don't really know what happens and they maybe going to run diagnostic to find out. 
I'm not going to be surprise if we got soon OS ver 1.2.1

The problem now is I can get in touch with any Korg technician around me to schedule repair.
One I did contact, say I have to wait about 5-6 in line for repair.
I did contact Korg, they say is nothing they can do about 
I'm very disappointed.
Honestly Korg don't really care, .... at least in my case.
