|
|
I have been noticing that the recording level to MP3s is lower than I am used to on other keyboards, so that when I play the MP3 back either on the Pa900 or on my PC it is lower volume than it sounds when I play it live through the keyboard speakers.
I have the MP3 volume in the Global Audio settings set at 100. Any ideas? _________________ Graham (Pa1000) |

How are you recording the file? Software or onboard? _________________ Sam

Does the PA900 like the PA3x have those Waves compressors and Limiters? _________________ Sam

It has the Limiter, but I do not use it. There are 3 presets, but I have left it off. _________________ Graham (Pa1000) |

I've never recorded an Mp3 file onboard , so not sure how the signal chain is , but there's only one way to find out. Record an mp3 file , once with and once without the limiter to see if it has an impact on the recording. Just use a factory style and play a chord progression for like 15 seconds. _________________ Sam
