Hello All,

After many months of hard work, I would like to finally present to you:

KORG PA Manager - The software we've all been waiting for...
The one and only must have tool that provides an all-in-one application for all KORG PA Users.

KORG PA Manager offers a versatile solution to Managing your Sets. A unique application that easily and quickly enables you to manage & organise your Sets.

Be it your Styles, Performances, Pads or Sounds. No more spending hours in front of your KORG Arranger. A few clicks will do the job.
KORG PA Manager replicates the KORG PA OS screen & your Sound Select screen, so you're always familiar with your SET.
You will now be able to explore what's inside of a SET without having to load it on to your KORG PA Arranger.

Not only do you get these great tools to manage your Sets, but we've also teamed up with WAVE Xtractor and have incorporated it within KORG PA Manager.

KORG PA Manager is designed to support not only the latest KORG PA arranger, but *all KORG PA Arrangers released to date by KORG. [*excluding Local & EX versions]

Interesting, but this could also be the worst timing ever.

A free update to OS 1.63 with Tablet connectivity is only days away. It will be interesting to see what KORG has to offer.

Worst timing ever ? Why would that be ?

Well, they are still 2 separate entities.

It may not be, but as I already said in my post above KORG are about to release OS 1.63 and that's going to introduce some sort of connectivity between the Pa3X and Tablets, Android and iOS.

Only stands to reason to assume that's going to be some sort of application that offers a means to control the Pa3X. So there may or may not be a lot of overlap here in what your doing and what KORG is planning.

We will all know soon enough.

EDIT...Great.
My comment removed over miscommunication / misunderstanding what was said.

Regards
Sharp.

Will the PA3X OS update to 1.63 somehow also benefit PA900 and PA600 users? If, not I would think this gentleman's product that supports all the PAs would be the "B's and E's" Wink

I'd say don't put your hopes up on that iOS connectivity thing, it has nothing to do with what KORG PA Manager is offering.

Yes for the Pa900. It says so on KORG's website. There's no mention of the Pa600 yet though.

Very Nice!

I'd say the timing is PERFECT. It could not get any better than this, because you'll know right away there's issues/conflicts that need to be resolved!

I guess they will use the same utillity in the PA3x to communicate with both the pc software or the ios/android apps...

I wouldnt be surprised if the ipad app would have much of the same options and possibilities as the hereby announced pc app..

Sadly somehow i dont see them release the code of the api for apps and programs to 3rd part programmers, because that would be very unkorg indeed

Anything is POSSIBLE but to me this upcoming update sounds more like an incremental small update. Just a total guess here. I'm not expecting any serious Editor-like functionality through this tablet connectivity update. Personally, it'd be very useful for me and people that I know in real life though.
I haven't heard any rumors about this update, nor do I have inside knowledge. I'll find it shocking (in a good way) if this update happens to have anything to do with serious tablet/keyboard integration. It'd be totally welcomed if it did. 9 more days to go...
