PLEASE HELP.
My KORG microSTATION fails to ignite. When I turn it on, the screen flashes and emits this strange sound.
Full reset, update the OS, or change power supply NOT solved the problem.
I appreciate your help.

Ok, you said you changed the power supply.

Did you use one that was 9V center positive polarity? Because most 9V power supplies are negative polarity.

If you did use the proper polarity, is the power supply rated to supply 1.7 amps? Else if it's trying to pull that much current, the supply will heat up and fail.

Like the guy said above, else time for RMA Repair to Korg dealer!

You can't do full reset or OS update if the mS isn't powerup/functional like that anyways.

Did you do something before this failure?
Something is defective in mS power components, could be a broken powerconnector, try wiggle carefully and plugging few times in/out the powerplug in the mS powerconnector, checking for loose (solder) contact.

Else send for repair!

Is it under warranty, then don't touch and just take it for repair.

Otherwise open it up and look for loose solder joints. Could be motherboard issue as well
