Dear all,

I was just trying a Kross, together with a Krome and a roland FA.

Well the Krome is a beautiful sounding gear, with great UI (wonderful display!) and plenty of functions, but I was looking for a machine able to incorporate audio tracks, and Kross is exceeding my expectations on this topic, with good sounds (honestly I was not expecting such a quality) and a good 88 keybed.

FA 06 was a kind of a deception, awful keybed and far from optimal overall sound.

Just a couple of things I wasn'able to chek: while Krome is able to easily implement guitar strumming, what about Kross?

Please Kross user, tell me someting about guitar strumming in this beautiful instrument: how does it work? is it flexible? easy to implement?

second thing: step seq; it is a great function, but I dont'understand: if you program a 2 bars rhythm in the step seq and you want to use it in a song, qre you limited to this very pattern or you can program several step sequences and use it in the song when needed?

Thanks everybody in anticipation

Dear all, got a part of the answer in the VNL pdf: yes, strum function seems almost the same as in Krome, so it should be fine

Still not sure about how to use step sequencer inside th 16 tracks seq

Hello Cyrano, how are you?

I am new at Kross also, but yesterday I saw the tutorial video on youtube explaining this function. follow bellow the information.

There is possible to create 64 bits length.

For the guitar, there are amazing songs, including pads and good COMBI's.

Thanks Chaysrrer, hope you are doing fine Very Happy

Good to know that the Kross allows a pattern made of 64 bits

Let me elaborate on my question: suppose I have an intro, a verse, a bridge, a chorus etc...obviously I would need at least 4/5 different rhythmic patterns...can I create these patterns with the step seq, save them in some way and then use them in my song, chaining them according to the song structure?
