Turn it off and then pull the power plug, wait a minute and then plug in and turn on. It will take just a bit longer to load the first time. |

Roughly around how long? I tried before and it stucked for more than 10 minutes. |

I waited for almost an hour already and the screen still stays at the Korg logo and does not proceed at all. |

No that is way too long.
Try installing the update again if you can - it just may not have completed properly. |

I suggest you read the instructions for doing the upgrade again.
Make sure you are holding down the correct button during the start up process while doing the upgrade. |

I hope you don't have the issue I had.. after loading the version it materialised that my motherboard had a problem and I had to return it to the store who in turn returned it to Korg and it took several weeks for me to get it back.
I would call Korg local support iniitally and try to see if they can fix it on the phone with you or the store you bought it from...
I tried all the usual start-up tactics but like you it hung on the Korg logo |

Talk about weird. Sharp's been notified. _________________ ”It’s easy to play any musical instrument: all you have to do is touch the right key at the right time and the instrument will play itself.”
