Turn it off and then pull the power plug, wait a minute and then plug in and turn on. It will take just a bit longer to load the first time.

Roughly around how long? I tried before and it stucked for more than 10 minutes.

I waited for almost an hour already and the screen still stays at the Korg logo and does not proceed at all.

No that is way too long.

Try installing the update again if you can - it just may not have completed properly.

I suggest you read the instructions for doing the upgrade again.

Make sure you are holding down the correct button during the start up process while doing the upgrade.

I hope you don't have the issue I had.. after loading the version it materialised that my motherboard had a problem and I had to return it to the store who in turn returned it to Korg and it took several weeks for me to get it back.

I would call Korg local support iniitally and try to see if they can fix it on the phone with you or the store you bought it from...

I tried all the usual start-up tactics but like you it hung on the Korg logo
