Krome shuts down and restarts

Help! I have bought a used Krome and I love it. I am experiencing a problem though. sitting idle or during a performance, it shuts down and restarts itself. This is not the auto shutdown function - I have disabled that. It just spontaneously crashes and restarts. I love the way it sounds but this is maddening. Any thoughts? Question

Check your power adapter cord. The adapter is not very well build and sometime is the cord not plugged accurately.

The only explanation I can think of - except the defective adapter - is some sensitivity to voltage fluctuations or defective automatic shutdown of some units.[/url]
