Hi everyone !

I noticed there was a topic covering a similar problem yet the answer was given through pm to someone so i am posting my question here :

I have the d888 and want to use it for live playback at shows.

I have 4 wavs insterted into a new song
1: metronome Ch1-2
2: Strings Ch3-4
3: Backing vox Ch5-6
4 General mix Ch7-8

What i want is to send to the PA guy a stereo out of 2 and 3 (channels 3-6 ) and to my drummers headphones a mix of all channels .

With output assign off all i get is the metronome on earphones and outputs
With output assign on , i get everything the same sent to master out/monitor out and earphones .

Any help as to how to assign and how to send different channels to seperately ?

Thnx in advance

Hiya.

Swap the Wavs on 3-4 & 7-8 so that General is on 3-4 and strings on 7-8
Set MST/MON On
Use the Monitor L/R to go to the Drummer so he gets all channels so that you can use the Level knob to adjust his voulume
Use the Output Jacks 5 6 7 & 8 to go to the PA guy. You will need to control the volume externally as the output from these jacks is before the faders

Thats about the best I can think of.
