Has the Monotribe being discontinued? I've noticed places like Sweetwater aren't carrying it. I regret selling mine. I did so before the update that allowed CV connectivity (a feature that would have made me keep it). The Volcas look pretty cool but if you watch some demos with the Monotribe thrown in they are a cut above the others, IMO. Too bad this little box is being left behind!
Volca Sample and Monotribe seem to work really well together:

Yep, its discontinued. I much prefer the monotribe over the volcas. I really hope they release monotribe 2. Something like a scaled down MS20 in groovebox format would be ridiculously cool! |

That's a bummer. Seems like that was discontinued a little fast. I guess it had some quirks/flaws that kept it from sticking around (the drums weren't too great, the clicking envelope). But it sure had a liquid and squelchy sound! |

As far as I know the monotribe was quite successful commerically Speaking. I suppose it has more to do with korg having a larger profit margin with the volcas.
I really do hope a Monotribe V2 is in the works, that would be fantastic. |
