|
|
I bought a new iPad air 2 lately and the new doesn't fit with the IK multimedia midi rig. Anyone knows how to connect both devices? The new ios has a wifi/blue tooth midi connector but not the Kronos. Non of my music app works anymore.
Help please! _________________ Kronos X73, Logic Pro 9, Komplete 9 Ultimate, Reason 8, Nanopad, Padkontrol, Leap motion with Geco App, Arturia v4 pack, IK multimedia Total Studio 3, iPad air 2, iMac i7, Roli Seaboard Rise, many plug-ins and iPad app. |

all you need is the Lightning to USB adapter (what used to be the camera kit) and a regular USB cable. I have an iPad Air and that's how I usually connect them together. _________________ ::: Korg Kronos 88 ::: Alesis Fusion 8HD ::: Kurzweil PC361 ::: Roland V-Synth ::: DSI Prophet 12 ::: DSI OB-6 ::: Korg Prophecy ::: Moog Micromoog ::: Yamaha CP-30 ::: Alesis Andromeda ::: Moog Sub37 ::: Sequential Prophet 600 ::: Korg MS2000BR ::: GSI Burn :::

I've got an iPad Air also (not Air 2/3 etc...), have to get that cable, so which adapter is exactly for Air and which is for Air 2/3? Coz' I heard they're different, don't wanna get the wrong cable coz' they're not cheap after all. Thanx |

An alternative would be to invest in the Yamaha UD-BT01 Wireless MIDI Adapter, to make Bluetooth Midi possible for Kronos. _________________ Best regards, Robert
