I don't know why this didn't occur to me earlier. It's quite obvious. Nonetheless here is a simple workaround to copy sequences on the e2. Let's say part 1 is a synth pad. You want to copy the sequence over to another sound on part 2. First, copy part 2 to part 3 or any other part that's free. Now copy part 1 over to part 2. Now go to part 3 and choose copy part sound to part 2. You now have the same sequence on parts 1 and 2, but with different sounds. And of course you can use step edit to quickly jump up an octave or two if, say, you're copying a bass sequence over to a lead. _________________ www.soundcloud.com/rob-labs |
