They must be something wrong with my Kronos, it sounds nothing like theirs. Trust me to get the dud!

Two players totally immersed in the performances. Loved the keyboard swap part.

My kronos sounds exactly like theirs and I play just like them!

Then I wake up and my hands once again look like Mickey Mouses!

Just curious. What was happening to Jordan's lead sound at the end?

Very Cool. Yup, sounds like Jordan!

Really think it would have been great if Korg included a lot of these libraries in the new Kronos FOC. The OASYS Rom is kinda tired. Good to have for Legacy, but not really "new". Just sayin Wink

I don't even dream that good.

He is a great spokesperson, and you can't help admire his skill - even at a grand piano he sounds amazing.

Having watched more than a few Jordan Rudess youtubes, I noticed a definite push on sound libraries that I haven't noticed before. I wonder if Korg asked him to push them a little.

I agree - the keyboard switch was cool.

Actually, as Jordan pointed out in the video, a lot of the sounds are available n the private collections and EXs19 is a free download for Kronos 2 owners. Also, Exs 18, also included in the Kronos 2, includes some the KAPro choirs.

It's a great demo, love it. The sound is a bit off in places. In the first piece, those tympani and crash cymbals are huge when you play that program but in the demo they've been brought back considerably. Also the Berlin Grand sounds a little funny to me, like one of the channels isn't coming through 100%.

Busch.

I just wish the kaypro libraries weren't so expensive. I think korg should stat doing what EastWest sound is doing. Allowing you to pay on a monthly plan. I really think this is the way to go.

Pay over time is interesting. Essentially that's rent to own.

As a rank amateur musician, I wouldn't consider a $300 sound library. I would consider smaller ones. For example, a few guitars in the $99 acoustic guitar library (Irish Acts) would fit some of my needs, but with the current exchange rates that turns into over $120 CA. If you offered a pick and choose - say pick any 10 for $50 that would suit me better.

I really think it's a good idea. This way, you're not stuck with a huge outlay right from the get go. You can pay over six months and it's not so hard on your wallet. We all know how expensive some sound libraries can be but with this system, it makes it much easier to deal with.
