Few days ago i installed the firmware. Did a factory reset today and it brought back all the factory patterns ( mitsabishi's etc), did that happen in the previous firmware? Yeah, that is what the previous firmware did too. If you just install the firmware it keeps your patterns the way they are ...

Render event recorder performances as wav files. I'm sure I'm in the minority... but yeah, if I had to pick one thing...

I think Tarekith might just be saying that the Rockstar is intended to split an output rather than mix inputs, but yeah - people use them as passive mixers for the Volcas pretty often now, I think.

Any restrictions or caveats on file names - characters that the e2 won't be able to read?

I would try this myself but I am temporarily without access to an SD card reader... If I access the .e2ev files on my sd card using my laptop, if I rename a file on there and then throw the SD card back in, will it break things? I did not see a built in way to rename files on the electribe itself ...
