I had this problem and it was driving me nuts. Eventually I took the Electribe back to the store and tested it with a bunch of their gear. We proved that my cables were fine, but that we couldn't get any other devices interfacing with my unit. Eventually, we worked out that it was the little MIDI ...

In terms of new features, I would request a "safety" feature added to switching between patterns if changes have not been saved. In the menu system, allow me to set "Unsaved changes confirmation to YES or NO". If it is set to YES, then when I have made changes in a pattern which have not been saved ...

(about MIDI problems) Just to check I understand correctly: [ Traktor (on Mac)]-USB--Audio Interface-MIDI OUT----cable----MIDI IN-[ Electribe ] Does not work. [ Electribe ]-MIDI OUT----cable----MIDI IN-[ Eventide Timefactor ] Works. But you say that Electribe set as MIDI Master is not sending any ...

I might try it with USB plugged in to see if it makes a difference! Thanks - the username actually came after the ...

I also have a microbrute and it seems to sync fine with the midi cable. The only other thing I can think of to try is to set the microbrute's midi input channel to 01 using the free firmware software. I think by default it's set to 16. Thanks. I've spent a couple of hours trying to get it to sync ...

I'm beginning to think I'm going mad. I just want to sync a Microbrute with the clock of the Electribe: [ microbrute ]+-midi in---------midi out-+[ Electribe ] On the Electribe I have: Clock mode: internal Global MIDI Ch: 01 MIDI Receive Filter: Off MIDI Send Filter: Off I've tried three different ...

Nice example of the clicking here (not my vid, I don't think its bad wiring tbh). Doesn't seem to bound to attack or decay. At the moment this is one of the biggest let downs. Specially when working with headphones the clicking is painfully obvious and appears rather fast. Yup, that's the problem I ...
