I was having problems trying to get it to update working and finally fixed it like this. I have a PC, not a mac. Well I'm glad you contacted them VolcaPaul :D When I decided to buy the unit I took it for granted that it would do this function like my electribe mk2. Was so disappointed when it didn't.
