Is it possible to set on different combination different expression pedal set ups? For example, in one combination for volume, in one for effect and in one for karma or something? And second question, is it posible to set damper pedal on some combination for tap tempo?

I just had a quick look at this app on the AppStore. It looks like it doesn't display PDF's - is that correct? I'm currently using ForScore for gigs which stores sheet music as PDF's and you can create multiple set lists and edit them etc. However I'd really like to have the patch change facility ...

It doesn't work - I've tried it! You cannot get program changes to go via USB to the Kronos, and then out to another keyboard via MIDI. I got it to work in 2 ways: 1) Connect a MIDI interface to the iPad via the USB Lightning Adapter and run separate MIDI feeds to each keyboard from that MIDI ...
