yes, I think 1.7mm is the correct size.

I made up a USB power module to power my Volcas with and the discovered this (below) I haven't tried it but it looks like it would work.

Iv'e been using my Sample with an external TC Electronic M300 via my mixers send/return. Is the way to go, the internal reverb is hardly useable.

Once you get it back to factory default, load your custom samples in one-by-one, that way you can work on them until they work and know whats going on.

I think the best thing to do would be to load the factory samples using a different audio player. Not a phone though, they have bandpassed outputs!

I am using Caustic on 64bit windows and it works fine. I suggest that you do a little bit more prep on your samples before uploading.
