So in other words Minilogue is more Analogue then MS2000? And is this a Mono or Stereo synth? I see only one Output. MS2000 is entirely digital as others have said, minilogue signal path is entirely analog. i'm not sure about the stereo of the minilogue, didn't see any panning effects in any of the ...

So...499.99$ plus shipping i can get an MS-2000 for almost new condition...is Minilogue still a better deal and sound? This is a serious question. but.. we don't know what the minilogue sounds like? i have a MS2000 and am planning to get the minilogue too. the architecture seems quite similar based ...

the minikeys on the refaces (in particular the CP) are fantastic, leagues better than the boutique. for full size, and in regards to voices, features etc, if i want to spend $4k on a synth with all the bells and whistles it's surely possible. similarly rather than modules i would much prefer to pick ...

it's just a pot attached to the PCB, if you have some soldering experience you should open it up and take a look, might just be a single loose connection from someone rocking out too hard. it's kinda small though so worth taking to someone who is good with soldering surface mounted components if you ...

no there is no universal choke feature that i know of, aside from parts 10 choking part 9 which is designed for open and closed hi-hats (but can of course be used for whatever). you could do the same thing manually pretty easy by motion recording and adjusting the end point of each sample/step to ...

your loss dude this is a very minor limitation given how good the available (free) apps are It depends on what you want to do and how quickly. I expect from a sampler to be able to make samples of my live instruments directly. It has to be fast and intuitive. I don't want to use another device ...

if it's anything like the poly/ex800 you should be able to find the factory sound file online and just do it through a computer/mp3 player line out.. good luck.

you got parts un-muted in the sample? i'm not sure if there is a global MIDI receive setting, might be worth checking the manual? i don't remember ever changing mine and have successfully got clock and note on/off signals from various random other bits of gear. maybe try just clock first to see if ...

it has this distinct, warm character - kind of punchy, with some grain and dirt in there, yet warm yeah, pretty much. a combination of the lofi sample rate and whatever filter/boost is used by the isolator (would be interested to see exactly how this works actually as it's a killer little circuit ...

aha yeah for sure i have had my ears blasted by surprise snares on more than one occasion before learning this lesson.

it would be awesome if korg updated firmware so you could re-save samples in the box with adjusted parameters but i don't know how doable that is with the architecture.

WAV and AIFF files with 8/16/24/32 Bit bit depth will be automatically converted to volca samples bit depth and sampling frequency, if you add it to a sample slot.
