An interesting observation IMO: Both the Kronos and the Fantom G are more accurate than the Motifs regarding BPM calculation. Kronos and Fantom have two decimal places (e.g. 127,89 BPM), Motif XS/XF only one (127,9).

you can tap the tap-tempo button along with the song, and if you're accurate, it'll show the tempo realtime. Once the length and time signature of the clip are known, its so-called Integrated Sampling Sequencer (ISS) can calculate the exact number of BPM in any audio ...

One follow-up question, if I may: Do your answers apply for all three Kronos models? you can import 24-bit samples (anything from 1 to 24, actually), and they are then converted to 16-bit. A make-or-break question to me. I´m currently deliberating to purchase a Kronos. I´d like to use 24 bit loops from Loopmasters inside the board.
