I sold my electribe
I loved this sampler. It could have been the best, but Korg did not make the effort he needed. Memory reduced to just 40mb. No possibility to transfer samples directly from the PC, no sample preview. So many good features in his favor, but some defects make it bad. I was one of the first to buy it ...

Korg, please stop to introduce new products at every NAMM/Musikmesse. This is a obsessive race to produce and sell! Also they forget to give product support and improve them It would be helpful if the firmware being updated and product software (eg: the Electribe 2)! Create accessories, software ...

Werkstatt-01 Moog and Elecribe 2
A simple question:
Can i control the Werkstatt-01 Moog through Elecribe 2 ?
ìI would like to use the pads of s2 to play the moog or use the internal sequencer (or Ableton Live ) to play the Moog
...any suggestion is welcome

Re: TUTORIAL: Working w/ 8-bar samples without juggling patt
Good to see more positive videos of you getting some good use of the E2/ES2 instead of comparisons to ESX/EMX. Thank you, I appreciate the encouragement! I admit, I still have a few ESX comparisons to explore, but it's not personal. I just want the database about all units to be as complete as ...

After months following this forum, I finally decided to join last week - on friday 9. I was glad to see someone had posted a link to a Legowelt video and added my two cents to the discussion. That was my first comment ever on this forum. Five days later, I come back to find xr1st declaring Legowelt ...

Jeesh, you can dislike him and his music, but he's published more than this whole forum combined and tours constantly. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legowelt#Discography The Synth and DrumMachine of his collection, were used to make the history of music! In his hands they have not produced anything ...

Re: Novation Circuit vs Korg Electribe
This is definitely a rival to the E2: http://www.sonicstate.com/news/2015/10/01/novation-circuit-first-look/ The advantages for me appear to be; Cheaper Smoother pattern changing More suited as a midi controller for daw Fast step sequencer Obviously it would also compliment the e2 as well :D ...

I think they are both tools designed only for live performances. E2S have a limited capacity (only 25mb) and a bad sample management and a limited sequencer. A MPC or Octatrack are better than Korg samplers. If you think to do a live with only one of these two, unfortunately you 'll have to work ...
