LEDs for sliders and knobs?

Front-panel LEDs for sliders and knobs
There’s a vertical column of LEDs next to each slider,
and a ring of LEDs around each knob.
This is from the Parameter Guide. Does the Kronos have the LEDs for the sliders and knobs, or is this a carryover from the Oasys documentation?[/quote]

Audio tracks are streamed off the HD. RAM is only used for samples.

So if you have multiple songs with audio tracks, is the number of songs you can load limited by the available sample RAM, or can audio tracks be streamed off the SSD?

 I meant to say MIDI-OX....
Its a utility that, among other things, captures the MIDI output of an instrument.

I think you can use MIDI-OK to monitor the midi out of the M3 and view the sysex when you press the mode buttons.

The sysex to switch to SEQ mode is:
F0 42 30 75 4E 04 F7, but I dont' know off the top of my head which part of that signifies the mode.

The only issue with that is if you run out of polyphony, the sample can get cut off mid way through the song.

Look at the Timbre Adjust settings. You can set these for each part and they get saved with the Combi.

Choose which track you're going to use (I tend to standardize on track 16). In Track Options (or Track Params, or whatever its called) on the Midi tab, select INT to enable the track. Select an appropriate program for the click track (I use the B Real Rap Kit) Make sure the correct track is selected ...

What I do is record a click track to a spare track in the sequencer and then send that through the assignable outs. I usually just record a single measure and then use the Play Loop function to have it repeat throughout the song.

Slider value jumps

I had to adjust the level of a part in a sequence yesterday when playing live and since the part slider was all the way to the top, I had to subject the audience to an ultra loud hi-hat hit on the way down to the level I wanted. I guess my question is, why would you want sliders to behave in ...

Just to clarify, this is an issue with using USB memory sticks > 4GB in USB port 2 only. Right? I've been using 2 different 8GB sticks for a while now with no problems. I can't say for sure I've used them in port 2 (I usually just fumble about back there till I find something that fits :D ), but I'm ...

Is it the damper samples on Osc2 you're hearing? These only appear when the dampler pedal is down. You could try muting Osc2 to see if thats it. The other option would be to disable all the effects and then turn them back on again in turn to see if there is one effect thats introducing the sound you ...
