v2 is out, they added clipboard and soundcloud export, but in such a lame way it was better without, it only exports a 8 bar loop of everythng, no performance, no build up

and they didnt even add volume for parts

only thing i miss to sell my k01 is a noise sweep(64) which was left out completely,(and the vocal synth with looper(75 IIRC))
other than that, i'm in love with that app

i see, it's pretty logical as most device wont let you filter those messages like you can filter cc/sysex/pc/etc
i remember the mc505 did allow the use of the transport when sync'ed to cubase vst3.5 (shows my age lol), but again, it might have had a midi message filter on it that tribes don't

since yesterday, i have an issue with sync between my ESX and ER1 for the last 5 years it worked flawlessly, but yesterday it sotped working when using the esx as master clock, the start is sent as the ER1 starts, but they drift appart when i clock them both from live it's sync tho also, why on ...

they are not embedded in wav or aiff files, just mp3

i'm tryng to do something similar with my ESX (having the esx send program change on pattern change so i can select the right scene in live by changing pattern on the esx, and midiconvert is not working when i select midiconvert as teh input of the other track, no data is passed, as if it was ...

how would i use those in live? say part 2 level i send cc 98 (NRPN LSB) [16] or is it [12] then cc 99 (NRPN MSB) [10] or is it [42] then i send cc 101 (rpn MSB) values? because it doesnt work :( ok i figured i was reversed with MSB and LSB, so i manage to send 1 nrpn per scene, as as soon as another ...

song position pointer sends the position every 1/96th of a beat IIRC to make sure all devices are at the same place

also researching on this as in a live PA setting it's pretty impraticable to have to stop the host to regain sync, i remember the roland ef303 did that on patch changes(going adrift at the same tempo), so does the koass pad 3 main issue i see is the r3 or kp3 do not receive song position pointer ...

exact same issue here, im trying to record midi tracks in logic with my hardware, when sync to the electribe everything is fine but when sync to logic it becomes a mess at quadruple speed

it goes in the toy line with the mini's and monotron, no MIDI and no USB makes no sense for a pro/semi pro device, too bad, it would have looked killer in my rig

both work equally good/bad, the advantage of the new one is that its in java so it works on mac too

Looks like Wave Organizer went open source, and people have ported it to Mac, Linux, etc.

you don't need to go to the other pattern
compose 1 bar, save, stop, change lenght to 2, 1st bar will repeat, modify, save, change lenght to 4, and so on
