Thanks Pedro for the reply. Is it correct that a Korg power cord has its name on it? If so the cord provided by the dealer was not one.

Hello Spieler- I have also noticed a cutoff of notes and volume while playing the Berlin grand/ string program. This was during the first hour of playing my Kronos 2 fresh out of the box last night( Sunday-Oct. 9th). By the way- when I opened the new box and removed the keyboard, there was NO POWER ...
