For the curious, I managed to figure this out. I ran the Boot Utility. The Boot Utility choice (3.1.7 or 2.1.3) refers not to one's current WS OS, but to the target OS -- the upgrade you'll get after running the Boot Utility. Wavestate is system 1.0.3. I am using a Mac Powerbook, OS 11.6. I also have an older Mac, OS 10.5.8 (System Updater I have doesn't run on it), and one at 10.8.5 (ditto). The Korg System Updater doesn't see the WS. The Boot Utility seems to require at least 2.1.3. Any help appreciated -- I can't find ...

Splitting the output from Monotron and using the RIGHT only produces sound via mixer, etc. Still weird, but. . .

My Monotron outputs to headphones, but not to mixer (even a battery powered) or amplifier or DAW. In both cases (headphones and output) I am using a mini stereo plug, but I have also tried mono. Hi, Do both inputs (Audio In 1 and 2) suffer from this issue in the Audio in Thru mode? The fact that the led goes on indicates that the analog signal chain is at least ok till the ADC. Audio in not working. Audio input is showing via LED, but no sound: either with Global Audio in Thru turned on, through the vocodor, or through the filter -- no sound from the external audio (or mic).

Synth works fine otherwise. . .

Tried a global reset to factory. Nothing.

HELP ! !
