You'll need the master disk that came with it. If you still have your manual, follow the instructions to reset to factory settings. Otherwise, you'll have to send it off to have it done.

I just posted a complaint about the same problem. I've returned my Triton Studio to Sweetwaters (place of purchase) for repair THREE TIMES for this same identical problem. All they did was reset to Factory settings at a cost of $120 ($60 just to put it on a machine to see WHAT the problem is and $60 ...
