I just got a Manhasset Model 53DH stand: http://shop.manhasset-specialty.com/p/model-53dh-hi-hat-drummer-stand-box-of-1?pp=24 It is designed for attaching to a hi hat stand and sneaking around the hats. I have a bunch of drumming hardware I'm not using, so I have a mini boom stand attached to my ...

On a side note, you probably do want to have a limiter in your effect chain all the time. Being a digital device, without a limiter if things get too loud you will get bad sounding clipping. On the other hand, if things don't get too loud, then the limiter will do absolutely nothing. Unless you are ...

So, we notice that there is two USB inputs. But the manual does not explain what they are and how to use them (what kind of file, etc....) If you plug your computer into the kronos using the USB-A port on the kronos, then your computer will show the kronos as a stereo audio output (I'm not sure if ...

I can get the foot pedal to behave like the knob (in non-[+] mode) by running it through an AMS mixer, and putting it in "offset" mode. With that (offset=-100, amount=199) then it seems to behave like the knob. Hey, that's a great find, even more effective ! Yes, but I still don't understand why I ...

Hello there, It depends what you want to achieve. I thought you only wanted to replace the Knob 6 with your pedal for the program. My end goal is to understand how this thing works. That I couldn't replace the knob with the pedal was a pretty good sign that I didn't understand it. Right now, I get ...

I suspect the core of the problem is that knob 6 is set operating in +/- mode, not just adding, but both adding and removing. The RT knobs have two modes of operation, one of them has a + at the end if I'm not mistaken. This one maps the knob range to 0 - 100%. This mode of operation will add. The ...

Re: Understanding AMS (foot pedal vs knobs)
I think there is a feature where you can calibrate your pedal. You might have to do that. The Kronos needs to know the minimum and maximum resistance values of your pedal in order to sweep the minimum and maximum values of your parameters. I suspect your pedal is falling more into a zone in middle ...

Understanding AMS (foot pedal vs knobs)
Hi, I'm trying to modify the stock preset IA-11 (Japanese Grand + Strings) on my Kronos X. Out of the box, the knob 6 will adjust the level of the strings. If turned fully down, then I get no strings, if turned fully up then I get plenty of strings. I would like to modify this so instead of using a ...
