GE ("arps") can't still be edited from the keyb!!
I had the confirm by Stephen Key, GE patterns can't be edited directly from the Kronos although Stephen made this feature available to Korg. This means that we can't create a simple thing like our own patterns (i.e. a "On the Run" pattern), while we can on a M50... I think this is quite "stupid" in ...

Not sure if you guys have seen this vid: http://www.youtube.com/user/KorgUSAVideos#p/a/u/0/UHV3rnkGt3E Thanks for the link. Some great performances as well. Cheers Great! Really a great workstation. But... All the "other" engines (AL-1, MS20, VPM, MOD7, etc.) are wonderful, but the strings of the ...

You're right. There is also another thing that I've found to be "funny" in the M3/M50 samples: the amount of sine/saw/etc. waves sampled from different real analog synths... i.e. the same sound except from minor changes easily to be done with a little change in the filter cutoff or other. Anyway ...

...The Tritons (especially the Extreme) had a LOT of cool things in wave ROM that the M3 and M50 do not... What a bummer. I think he's simply saying the truth, also confirmed in a thread here on Korg Forums by a Korg member. M3/M50 have more waveforms in number, but many are repetition of the same ...

M50 is a budget workstation, sounds kindly a big one, but is cheapy in many other departments. That may be true of the M50-61 and M50-73, but I don't think it's a fair assessment of the M50-88, which really does not feel cheap to me (especially because of its outstanding RH3 keybed, the same one as ...

Very funny. All in good fun. I don't think Klarnet Basowy got the joke... Ehm... no, I'm thinking but I'm not able to recall something related to this :3dread: . Has it some connection with the leslie of the Kurz PC3? *** EDIT EDIT: I've seen the thread, ok ok :D Anyway, it's not the organs ...

I don't have the M50 anymore, so I can't share the patch, sorry  Why did you get rid from it? He couldn't stand the Leslie sim. :?: :?: I can't stand the quality of the M50-61 keybed (maybe a matter of taste, maybe not) and I needed something more in the synth capabilities. So I've sold it ...

The Roland system to have a dedicated user bank (like in ex-my JP8000, where there are 128 user patches totally unrelated to the preset patches) is very smart and the most obvious. For a strange reason, Korg don't use this philosophy ("I am in preset patches, click a button and I'm in separated user ...

solutions for this kind of behaviour: 1. Take of the "legato" tag when the sound turns into a Mono sound 2. when playing these kind of long runs, don't play them legato all the way. #1 is still the best solution to avoid this issue. This is "spec" for the product, but I nor Korg are going to defend ...
